Eid 2024 releases 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' and 'Maidaan' have also made their way on OTT, and you can catch up on these movies if you were unable to watch them in theatres. Apart from these two films, we have several other recommendations for you in terms of viewing options. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (Netflix)
This Hindi film has been directed by by Ali Abbas Zafar and he has also co-produced the film with Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Himanshu Kishan Mehra under Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, Sonakshi Sinha and Ronit Roy in key roles. The plot revolves around two former soldiers racing against time to save India from an imminent attack orchestrated by a vengeful scientist.
Upon its theatrical release, the film received underwhelming reviews from critics, hence it underperformed at the box office.
Maidaan (Prime Video)
This Hindi film has been directed and written by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, while it has been produced by Akash Chawla, Arunava Joy Sengupta, Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. In the movie, Ajay Devgn plays the role of Syed Abdul Rahim, a pioneering football coach in India between 1952 and 1962. The movie received overwhelming reviews, however, it was not able to do very well at the box office.
Gullak Season 4 (SonyLiv)
Fan-favourite 'Gullak's is here with its fourth season. The fourth season will focus on the loveable Mishra family -- Santosh and Shanti and their sons, Annu and Aman. This season will tell the story of how these four characters navigate their everyday lives and it will also tell how these characters face the challenges of middle-class life in a small town in India.
Blackout (JioCinema)
This Hindi film stars Vikrant Massey, Mouni Roy and Sunil Grover. The movie promises a rollercoaster ride of thriller, suspense, and comedy. The new Hindi movie has been written and directed by Devang Shashin Bhavsar. The film is a comedy-of-errors, and it promises loads of fun.
Hit Man (Netflix)
This latest Hollywood film has been produced and directed by Richard Linklater. The movie is based on the 2001 Texas Monthly magazine article of the same name by Skip Hollandsworth. The film stars Glen Powell, Adria Arjona, Austin Amelio, and Retta, and it follows an undercover New Orleans police contractor, trying to pose as a reliable hitman.
