Alia Bhatt, who recently featured in ‘Jigra’, shared glimpses from her Paris vacation with mom-in-law Neetu Kapoor.
Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt made her debut in Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year’ (2012) and quickly rose to fame with her strong performances. Known for her diverse roles, she impressed audiences in ‘Highway’, ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Raazi’ and ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, among many others. Her latest release ‘Jigra’ might have tanked at the box office, but no one can fault Alia for delivering a solid performance. Recently, Alia Bhatt had gone to Paris for the Paris Fashion Week. She was accompanied by her husband-actor Ranbir Kapoor, their daughter Raha and Alia’s mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor.
Alia Bhatt has now shared several pictures from her Paris trip on Instagram. And it is safe to say that the actress is looking as gorgeous as ever! One of her photos also featured Neetu Kapoor.

Recently, ‘Jigra’ director Vasan Bala had spoken very highly of Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar. For the unversed, the new Hindi movie has been jointly produced by Alia and Karan.
“Box office matters, because it isn’t my money. It’s one of the primary responsibilities of a filmmaker; it’s an art, but it’s an expensive art form. A lot of resources go into making a movie, and it’s also that both the star and producer have earned a reputation for themselves. Karan ko viraasat mein nahi mili hai; he has made the biggest blockbusters and earned this position for himself. And Alia has also earned it over 10 years,” said Vasan Bala, in an interview with VOA India.
Speaking about Alia Bhatt, Vasan said, “She’s very instinctive, I would always choose the word ‘wise’ for her, because she isn’t calculative at all.”
“She doesn’t calculate what she’s doing as the hero. So, every time we decide on something right before the scene, there is a small discussion, and that small discussion starts and ends very quickly… With Satya, it’s all about need, not want. There is a kind of greed associated with wants, but needs are always pure,” he added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt can be currently seen in ‘Jigra’. Co-starring Vedang Raina, the film clashed with Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri’s ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ at the box office.
Alia Bhatt will next be seen in the YRF spy film ‘Alpha’, co-starring Sharvari Wagh. She will also star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’. The film will also feature Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
The Bollywood actress also has Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ in the pipeline. The upcoming movie will also star Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif.
