'Kalki 2898 AD' has been named as IMDb's Most Popular Indian Movie Of 2024, so far.

2024 has turned out to be a good year for Indian film industry as several movies such as 'Fighter', 'Kalki 2898 AD', 'Manjummel Boys', and 'Hanu-Man' emerged as box office hits. In the latest entertainment news, IMDb India has released its list of the most popular Indian movies of 2024, and the most anticipated Indian movies of 2024. As per the list, Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898 AD', starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani, is currently the most popular Indian movie of 2024.

In the Most Popular Indian Movies of the year list, 'Manjummel Boys' is at the second spot. The other movies in the list are 'Fighter', 'Hanu-Man', 'Shaitaan', 'Laapataa Ladies', 'Article 370', 'Premalu', 'Aavesham', and 'Munjya'.

"Of all the movies released in India between January 1, 2024 and July 10, 2024, that have an average IMDb user rating of 6 or higher with at least 10,000 votes, these titles were consistently the most popular with IMDb users, as determined by the actual page views of the more than 250 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide," the official handle wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', which is set to release in cinemas on December 6, 2024, is the most anticipated Indian movie for the rest of the year. The list has been curated as per the page views of IMDb customers.

The other films in the Most Anticipated Upcoming Indian Movies of 2024 list are 'Devara: Part 1', 'Welcome to the Jungle', 'The Greatest of all Time', 'Kanguva', 'Singham Again', 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', 'Thangalaan', 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', and 'Stree 2'.
