Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor had recently released a statement, asking paparazzi to refrain from taking videos and photos of their children.
Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has been extra cautious about her children, Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan, ever since her husband, Saif Ali Khan, was attacked with a knife in a burglary attempt at their Bandra residence. Her heightened sense of care and vigilance was evident in a recent video that surfaced online, where she was seen scolding her younger son, Jeh, for not holding hands while walking. On Sunday, Kareena stepped out with Taimur and Jeh for a day trip to Gateway of India, where they were accompanied by school friends and teachers.
Dressed in a red T-shirt and black pants, the actress took charge of the situation, prioritising her children's safety throughout the outing. Several clips from their day out have been making rounds on social media, showing Kareena keeping a close eye on her sons.
In one particular video, Jeh is seen breaking free from his guardian’s grasp and running toward his mother, prompting Kareena to firmly remind him, “I said ‘hold your hand’.”

While some might have viewed her strict tone differently, fans came to Kareena’s defense, praising her for being a responsible and protective mother. Many pointed out that she was simply ensuring Jeh’s safety, given recent circumstances.
“She’s being a mum? What’s news about this? Work harder,” one user commented, dismissing any unnecessary criticism.
Another echoed similar sentiments, writing, “If she is strict, there’s a problem. If she isn’t, people say she should be more strict. Let them live their lives in peace.”
Some even questioned why Kareena’s actions were being scrutinized in the first place, with one user stating, “She is his mom, don’t preach.”

The extra precautions Kareena has been taking with her children stem from a terrifying incident in January when Saif Ali Khan was stabbed multiple times at their home during a burglary attempt. The attack left the actor with knife wounds on his neck and back, requiring surgery. Authorities have since arrested the accused.
Following the shocking incident, Saif and Kareena made a request to paparazzi and media outlets, urging them not to click pictures of Taimur and Jeh or gather outside their home due to security concerns. However, the couple clarified that they are fine with being photographed when attending public events.
