Actress Katrina Kaif is currently enjoying all the critical acclaim that is coming her way for her performance in Sriram Raghavan's 'Merry Christmas'. For the unversed, the new Hindi movie, which stars Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, released in theatres on January 12, 2024. The new Hindi movie has been widely appreciated by critics and cinephiles. 'Merry Christmas' has so far managed to earn a little over Rs 13 crore at the domestic box office. In the latest entertainment news, Katrina Kaif on Thursday conducted an 'AMA' session with her fans on Instagram, and it was then that she revealed the best reaction she got for her performance in 'Merry Christmas'.
When a fan asked her about the "best reaction" she received for the film, Katrina Kaif shared a picture of Vicky Kaushal hugging her, and she wrote, "Jhappi from hubby”, and added a heart emoji."
Katrina Kaif was also asked by her fan about what does she like about being Punjabi’s daughter-in-law?
To this, she replied, "Dher saara pyaar aur ghar ka bana hua sarso ka saag aur maki ki roti with white makhan."
For the unversed, Katrina Kaif had married Vicky Kaushal in November 2021.
During the AMA session, Katrina Kaif also shared a funny response to a fan who asked about the dish she likes to cook.
To this query, Katrina replied, "Khayali Pulao."
Katrina Kaif also shared how 'Merry Christmas' director Sriram Raghavan had a clear vision for her character in the film.
During the AMA session, Katrina wrote, "Sriram sir lived and breathed every character, he has such insights and our rehearsals gave us a chance to explore the possibilities in every scene.”
“Merry Christmas has been one of the most gratifying experiences in my career. Sriram sir gave me one of my toughest roles yet, he gives you tough challenges, but the outcome made me feel very proud to be a part of this film," she added.
For the uninitiated, 'Merry Christmas' was released in theatres in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
'Merry Christmas' has another week to rake in money at the box office before Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's 'Fighter' releases in cinemas on January 25.
