'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One' trailer is reminding some fans of SRK's 'Pathaan'.

The official trailer for 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One' came out on Wednesday evening, and ever since its release, the fans are debating on social media whether some scenes are copied from Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' or not. A Reddit account shared some shots from the 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One' trailer that bear a slight resemblance to Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' which had released in the theatres on January 25.

Here is the post from Reddit account:

Very similar shots in Pathaan and Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One. But no one will troll MI for this.

There are plenty of reactions to this post. Some joked about the similar shots while others said that both the scenes from 'Pathaan' and 'Mission Impossible' are copied from a Jackie Chan movie.

Here are some of the reactions:

"Chalo, I will troll MI now," commented one user.

"So true! Scenes look similar no doubt," commented another.

"I am sorry what?! I thought Pathaan was a Indian copy of all Mission Impossible films? The entire train sequence is a scene-to-scene make of a Jackie Chan animation," wrote one user.

"Oh look! Tom Cruise stole from Jackie Chan Adventures because the idea of a hero running in the opposite direction of a plummeting train is so original that only he geniuses behind the Jackie Chan Adventure could come up with it," commented another.

"Train falling off a bridge with people on top was not invented by Tom Cruz or SRK... it's been an old stunt or action sequence," one fan pointed out.

"They didn't copy Pathaan.they copied from Jacky Chan's movie," wrote one user.

"Because pathan action scene also copied from Jackie chan adventures," commented another.

Talking about 'Pathaan', the new Hindi movie starring SRK, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham is the highest-grossing Hindi movie in India, with a collection of more than Rs 520 crore.

Internationally, it collected more than Rs 1,000 crore.

On the other hand, Christopher McQuarrie is directing 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One'. For the unversed, the same director had previously helmed Rogue Nation and Fallout movies in the series.

'Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One' will be hitting the cinemas on July 12 this year.
'Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two' was shot simultaneously and it will be releasing in the theatres in 2024.
