Mouni Roy welcomed New Year with her husband Suraj Nambiar and treated fans to glimpses from their celebration.
It’s the first Tuesday of 2024, and we are sure most of you have dragged yourself to work just like us after a fun weekend of celebrating the New Year with your loved ones. While we sit here trying to drive away our weekday blues, Bollywood actress Mouni Roy gave us something our envious hearts don’t need at this hour – glimpses from her New Year vacation with her husband Suraj Nambiar. And the pictures and videos have left us aching for a vacation!
Before welcoming the New Year with her husband, Mouni Roy was vacationing in Thailand with actress and close friend Disha Patani, showing us how to bid adieu to 2023 and embrace the holiday spirit.
Taking to Instagram, Mouni Roy shared a couple of photos and videos of her New Year celebration with her doting husband. She captioned the post, “Wake up, coffee, swim, eat, read repeat kinda day x #lovemylife… 1:1:24.”

In the first video, Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar can be seen chilling by the pool. Mouni Roy is looking smoking hot in a printed floral bikini set as she is seen posing with a bare-chested Suraj.
The second one is a picture of a book and the gorgeous pool view. The third click features Mouni Roy sitting with the book in her lap while posing in the floral bikini.
Another video shows Mouni Roy posing in the skimpy bikini set, along with a couple of other pictures and clips that she posted in her latest post.
Meanwhile, on the film front, Mouni Roy played the primary antagonist in Ayan Mukerji's ‘Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva’, last year. The 2022 Hindi movie also starred Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan.
She will next be seen in the horror comedy ‘The Virgin Tree’, co-starring Sunny Singh and Palak Tiwari. Mouni Roy will also star in Girish Dhamija’s new Bollywood movie ‘Penthouse’. It will also feature Tisca Chopra and Arjun Rampal in key roles.
Mouni Roy will also be seen in the Disney+ Hotstar series ‘Showtime’. Also starring Emraan Hashmi, Naseeruddin Shah, Mahima Makwana, Rajeev Khandelwal, Shriya Saran, and Vijay Raaz, the series is produced by Karan Johar under Dharmatic Entertainment - the digital wing of Dharma Productions.
For the unversed, Mouni Roy has come a long way ever since she made her television debut with Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. She became a household name after starring in the hit show ‘Naagin’. The Indian actress made her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar’s Gold in ‘2018’.
