Bollywood actress Mouni Roy, known for her stunning fashion sense and infectious screen presence, recently visited the sacred Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, Nepal. The actress shared a series of pictures from her soulful trip, offering fans a glimpse into her spiritual journey. Dressed in a vibrant yellow floral kurta set, she exuded grace as she immersed herself in the cultural and divine aura of one of the most revered Jyotirlingas. Her caption reflected gratitude and devotion, perfectly complementing the serene visuals of her temple visit.

The first picture captured Mouni walking through the temple courtyard under a beautifully lit sky adorned with colourful prayer flags, blending spirituality with the vibrant essence of Nepal. Another striking shot highlighted a wall mural of Lord Shiva and a Shivling, setting the tone for her visit to the divine shrine. Inside the temple premises, Mouni was seen with a priest, offering prayers with folded hands, her attire enhanced by the saffron tilak on her forehead.
She further explored the local markets near the temple, where she was photographed in front of a shop selling rudraksha malas, idols, and puja essentials, perfectly blending into the spiritual setting.
Later, a night-time frame showed Mouni Roy sitting peacefully against the backdrop of ancient stone shrines, her yellow ethnic outfit flowing gracefully as she posed with humility and calmness. Another heartfelt moment was captured as she sat with a companion against a rustic brick wall, showing a more candid side of her trip.
In several pictures, Mouni was seen performing rituals and bowing before rows of Shivlings, her head covered with a dupatta as a mark of respect. Meanwhile, on the work front, Mouni Roy was last seen in ‘The Bhootnii’, co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Palak Tiwari, Sunny Singh, Beyounick and Aasif Khan.
Helmed by Sidhaant Sachdev, the film released in theatres on May 1. It clashed at the box office with Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raid 2’, which also starred Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in pivotal roles.
However, ‘The Bhootnii’ opened to negative reviews and it only made Rs 8.09 crore in India, as per Sacnilk.
Prior to this, Mouni Roy featured in ‘Blackout’ along with Vikrant Massey and Sunil Grover. She will next be seen in Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘The Wives’.
