Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal held a grand wedding reception on Sunday, and it was attended by the likes of Salman Khan, Kajol, Anil Kapoor, and Huma Qureshi.
Bollywood actors Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot on Sunday. The duo dated each other for more than seven years, however, they never made their relationship public. In the latest entertainment news, post their wedding, the newlywed couple hosted a grand wedding reception in Mumbai and it was attended by the likes of Anil Kapoor, Kajol, Aditi Rao Hydari, Salman Khan, and Huma Qureshi, among others. A video of the couple's first dance from the event is now going viral.
In the clip, Sonakshi and Zaheer can be seen dancing to 'Afreen Afreen', as the guests cheer for them. Sonakshi is dressed in a red Banarsi saree. Meanwhile, the groom was seen wearing an all-white ethnic wear.

In other videos, Sonakshi and Zaheer were seen dancing with Kajol and Anil Kapoor. Huma Qureshi was also seen showering the couple with rose petals.
Sonakshi's good friend Honey Singh also performed for the couple as he sang 'Angrezi Beat'.

Another viral clip shows Sonakshi and Zaheer seated together in white outfits as the latter's rakhi sister showers the Bollywood actress with flowers and gives her a warm hug.
Sonakshi then got a little emotional and she was seen wiping her tears.

Sonakshi and Zaheer confirmed their wedding on Sunday evening. Taking to Instagram, the couple wrote, "On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each other’s eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife.”
"Here’s to love, hope and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever," they added.
For their wedding, the couple decided to dress up in white. Sonakshi Sinha wore a white saree, and she completed her look with a statement diamond necklace and bangles.
On the other hand, Zaheer Iqbal wore a white kurta set. The couple completed the legal formalities for the civil marriage at Sonakshi's new apartment in Bandra West.
