Vijay Varma is one of the finest actors going around these days, and over the course of the last two years, the actor has given two remarkable performances in projects like 'Darlings' and 'Dahaad'. The common factor in these projects is the fact that in both of them, Vijay Varma played a negative role. While in 'Darlings', he played the role of an abusive husband while in 'Dahaad', the actor played the role of Anand Swarnakar, who happens to be a serial killer, who has killed more than 25 girls. 

In the show, Vijay Varma plays the role of a serial killer, who traps women by making them fall in love with him, and in the end, he ends up killing them by giving them cyanide. 

Now, several users on the internet, have been raving about the performance of Vijay Varma, but they have also been saying that they are getting scared by seeing such a frightening character on screen.

A Twitter user shared how he asked his girlfriend to watch 'Dahaad'. He then shared the WhatsApp chat with his partner, in which she ended up asking him what if her partner turns out to be a "serial killer"?

Replying to this tweet, Vijay Varma said: "The number of people telling me they have to put the lights on at night after watching Dahaad.. phew.. I’m not paying for your fat electricity bills."

In the show 'Dahaad', the character of Vijay Varma also takes intimate pictures of girls, before killing them the next day.

One user used this fact to say: "Sir I started becoming uncomfortable in front of photographers who say SMILE."

Replying to this user, Vijay Varma said: "Ye bhi ho raha hai."

'Dahaad' is an eight-part crime drama that follows sub-inspector Anjali Bhaati and her colleagues in a small-town police station. It all starts when a series of women are mysteriously found dead in public bathrooms, and sub-inspector Bhaati is tasked with the investigation.

At first, the deaths appear to be clear-cut suicides, but as the cases unravel, Bhaati begins to suspect that a serial killer is on the loose. What follows is a riveting game of cat and mouse between a seasoned criminal and an underdog cop, as she pieces together evidence before another more innocent women lose their lives.
