The buzz around Shah Rukh Khan’s new Hindi movie ‘Jawan’ is gaining traction with each passing day. ‘Jawan’ is set to hit theatres on September 7 but inexplicably, the ‘Jawan’ trailer is yet to find its way to the public domain. Is this another marketing gimmick being planned by SRK? Very well could be, since the actor had done something different for ‘Pathaan’ as well. King Khan went against the norm, and didn’t make any public appearances to promote ‘Pathaan’. Instead, he chose to do numerous #AskSRK sessions on Twitter, now X, putting his famed wit on show.
With ‘Jawan’ as well, SRK seems to be doing something slightly out of the ordinary. By not releasing the ‘Jawan’ trailer yet, SRK and the filmmakers seem to have created a frenzy on social media. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the release of the ‘Jawan’ trailer but it’s nowhere to be seen. This could once again be a masterstroke as the buzz around the trailer is snowballing. Taking advantage of that, the makers dropped the third song of the movie – Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya – on Tuesday. Fans hungry to watch the trailer have quickly lapped it up. So much so that as soon as it dropped on social media platforms, it immediately started trending.

Talking about 'Jawan', it is an action drama directed by Atlee and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. It is scheduled to be released in Standard, IMAX, 4DX, and other premium formats. The new Hindi movie is being distributed by Yash Raj Films in overseas territories.
Director Karan Johar on Sunday night posted a cryptic Instagram story, saying he just watched the "trailer of the century". This led to fans believing that the 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' filmmaker is talking about 'Jawan'.
SRK recently held an #AskSRK session on X, and he treated his fans to some candid and witty answers. The actor was asked plenty of questions regarding the date on which the trailer for 'Jawan' will be released.
When one user asked him about when the trailer for 'Jawan' will be released, SRK replied: "Trailer nahi aayega toh picture nahi dekhoge kya??!! Trailer trailer trailer ha ha. Aa jayega bhai saans toh Lele….#Jawan."
