The nation is in shock after a devastating terror attack rocked the serene region of Pahalgam in Kashmir on Tuesday. In a brutal incident, terrorists opened fire at a popular meadow, leaving 26 people dead in what is being called the deadliest attack in the region since the 2019 Pulwama attack.

For the unversed, the incident took place around 3 pm. According to several reports, the terrorists rushed down from the mountain in Baisaran valley to start firing at tourists who visit the place, which is often dubbed as 'mini Switzerland'.

Following this attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also cut short his visit to Saudi Arabia and decided to return to India.

Coming back to R Madhavan, he can be currently seen in 'Kesari Chapter 2' which tells us the untold story of the aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

As per trade website Sacnilk, ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ earned Rs 3.60 crore on Wednesday, the sixth day of its release. The total nett domestic collection of the film now stands at Rs 42.60 crore.
