“How Truly International...”: R Madhavan Praises Hrithik Roshan And Deepika Padukone’s ‘Fighter’
R Madhavan shared his views about ‘Fighter’, and called the new Hindi movie “extraordinary”.
Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor’s ‘Fighter’ is the talk of the town. With fans discussing the film’s underwhelming performance at the box office, several celebrities have come forward to praise the technical aspects of the Siddharth Anand directorial. Recently, actor R Madhavan shared his views about the new Hindi movie, calling it “extraordinary”. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), R Madhavan wrote, “What an extraordinary film #Fighter is …with brilliant work by all concerned … Take a bow the entire cast and crew.. you guys have given Indian cinema a fantastic, super motivating, moving, and an archival film.”
He further added, “This is simply going to be a hallmark of how truly international Indian cinema has become today. @iHrithik @deepikapadukone @AnilKapoor.”

Director Siddharth Anand reacted to this compliment given by R Madhavan.

For the unversed, ‘Fighter’ was released in cinemas on January 25, and after its six-day run, the total nett domestic collection of the film stands at Rs 134.25 crore.
Recently, Hrithik Roshan had said that the box office numbers validate his work.
“The biggest validation comes from the numbers, box office. That is something I have been a little shy to say in the past but that’s the truth. The biggest validation is box office numbers especially when you are making a film that is aimed at entertaining the audience that gets in the numbers. That’s one,” Hrithik Roshan told Pinkvilla.
“People who I love and admire, I really hope that they like my work. If I admire them then there is a perspective that they will be watching my work with and if I satisfy that perspective, then I rise a little bit in my own eyes because I see myself from their point of view. Feedback from my sons, family, partner is extremely important," he added.
‘Fighter’ also stars Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Talat Aziz, Pradum Shukla, and Pradum Jaykar in pivotal roles.
‘Fighter’, presented by Viacom18 Studios in association with Marflix Pictures, is the third collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and Siddharth Anand after ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘War’. The new Hindi movie is also the third collaboration between Deepika Padukone and Siddharth Anand after ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ and ‘Pathaan’.
