The upcoming Hindi film will be releasing in theatres on December 1, 2023, and the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directorial will be clashing with Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur'. In the latest Bollywood movie news, 'Animal' has been given an A (adults only) certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
For the unversed, 'Animal' marks the first collaboration between Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
'Animal's run-time has also been revealed, and the movie is going to be three-hour-21-minute long.
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Censor rating for ANIMAL is A. 3 hour 21 minutes 23 seconds & 16 frames is the Runtime."

'Animal' is touted as a "violent" film that rides on a complex dynamic of a son, Ranbir Kapoor, obsessed with his father, played by Anil Kapoor.
With a runtime of 3-hour-21 minutes, 'Animal' is now one of the longest mainstream theatrical films to be released in recent times.
For the unversed, Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Kabir Singh' is currently the highest-grossing adult-rated film in Bollywood. The Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani-starrer had made Rs 278 crore.
'The Kashmir Files' and 'The Kerala Story' are at second and third spot in the list with a collection of Rs 252 crore and Rs 242 crore.
'Animal' stars Bobby Deol as the main antagonist. The trailer for 'Animal' is going to be released later today.
