Ranbir Kapoor To Make Cameo Appearance In Aryan Khan's Directorial Debut 'Stardom': Report
Ranbir Kapoor is expected to make a cameo appearance in Aryan Khan's directorial debut 'Stardom'.
Aryan Khan, the son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, will be making his directorial debut soon with a web-series titled 'Stardom'. The six-part series will be having Lakshya Lalwani in the lead role. Now in the latest entertainment news, a NDTV report has stated that Ranbir Kapoor will be making a cameo appearance on the show. The report also mentioned that the shooting for the series has begun in Mumbai.
Ranbir Kapoor has already shot for the section of the series, and he recently also paid a surprise visit to the sets of the series to check up on Aryan Khan's progress.
As per various reports, the show titled 'Stardom' will be exploring the history of Hindi cinema business and the show is likely to feature several cameos, including Shah Rukh Khan.
Talking about Aryan Khan, he had recently launched his luxury streetwear brand Dyavol X. He had also directed an advertisement for the brand, featuring Shah Rukh Khan.
In 2019, Shah Rukh Khan had revealed that his son Aryan had no plans of pursuing acting as a career.
Speaking on the David Letterman Show, SRK said: "Aryan doesn't have what it takes to be an actor and he realises that too but he's a good writer. I think wanting to be an actor has to come from within."
"Something you really need to do and find a set of skill that helps you do it and learn it. But I think I realised it from him when he said that to me. He came to me and said, 'I don't think I want to act'," he added.
