For the unversed, 'Animal' released in theatres on December 1, 2023, and the film went on to do business of more than Rs 900 crore globally.
The Hindi movie has been criticised heavily for portraying toxic masculinity. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has also been criticising the critics of his films.

On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna will next be seen in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'.
She also has 'Chhava' in the pipeline, in which Rashmika will be sharing the screen with Vicky Kaushal. In the film, Vicky Kaushal will be playing Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika will play the role of his wife.
The movie is being directed by Laxman Utekar, who had earlier helmed Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan's 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke'.
