Release Dates Of Rajkummar Rao-Shraddha Kapoor's 'Stree 2', Vicky Kaushal And Rashmika Mandanna’s 'Chaava' Revealed

Here's when Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer 'Stree 2' will be releasing in theatres.

Producer Dinesh Vijan and his production house Maddock Films on Tuesday announced their upcoming slate of theatrical releases. The slate will see some of the biggest releases next year, and we cannot wait! Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor-starrer 'Stree 2' has gotten a new release, and it will be releasing in theatres on August 30, 2024. The movie directed by Amar Kaushik also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana. 

The movie is a sequel to 2018's hit horror-comedy 'Stree'. The plot of 'Stree' revolved around a witch who abducts men at night when they are alone and only leaves their clothes behind.

Talking about Maddock Films' upcoming release date, Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer 'Chaava' will be releasing in theatres on December 6, 2024. The movie is being helmed by 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' filmmaker Laxman Utekar.

The other films releasing in 2023 and 2024 include -- 'Happy Teachers Day (October 27, 2023)', Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's next (February 9, 2024), 'Munjhya (March 29, 2024)', 'Tehran (April 26, 2024)', and Sky Force (October 2, 2024)'. 

'Happy Teachers Day' stars Nimrat Kaur, Radhika Madan, Bhaygashree and Subodh Bhave.

On the other hand, 'Munjhya' stars Abhay Verma, Sharvari Wagh, Mona Singh, and S Satyaraj.

Talking of 'Tehran', the star cast includes John Abraham, Manushi Chillar, and Neeru Bajwa.

Speaking of 'Sky Force', the movie will be headlined by Akshay Kumar and it will also see the debut of actor Veer Pahariya. The makers said that the film is an untold, true story that will vividly portray the bravery, emotions, and patriotism of the courageous men who participated in India's first and deadliest airstrike against Pakistan.

Dharmendra, Agastya Nanda and Jaideep Ahlawat's 'Ekkis' will be releasing in theatres on January 10, 2025.
