Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have been blessed with a baby girl.
Bollywood actors Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have welcomed their first child, a baby girl. In the latest entertainment news, the couple released an official statement, confirming that Richa Chadha gave birth to their daughter on July 16. "We are tickled pink with joy to announce the arrival of a healthy baby girl on 16.07.24," the couple said. "Our families are overjoyed and we thank our well-wishers for their love and blessings! Love, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal," the couple added.
For the unversed, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal announced their pregnancy on social media in February 2024. Richa and Ali shared the news about pregnancy in a joint post, which read “1+1=3.” They captioned it as “A tiny heartbeat is the loudest sound in our world.”
Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal had tied the knot with each other under the Special Marriage Act in 2020, as per Mid-Day.
Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal met on the sets of ‘Fukrey’. The couple announced their marriage ceremony in September 2022. The duo tied the knot in Lucknow on October 4 of the same year.
Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have previously shared the screen in 'Fukrey' and 'Fukrey Returns'.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ali Fazal was last seen in the Prime Video series 'Mirzapur'. The third season of the acclaimed series also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Shweta Tripathi, Vijay Varma, and Rasika Duggal.
On the other hand, Richa Chadha was last seen in the Netflix series 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar', directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Richa Chadha will be next seen in ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’ (2025).
