Saif Ali Khan Meets Auto Driver Who Rushed Him To Hospital After Brutal Attack. See Pics
Saif Ali Khan met the auto-rickshaw driver Bhajan Singh Rana who rushed him to the hospital after he was stabbed multiple times by an intruder.
Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was stabbed multiple times by an intruder at his and Kareena Kapoor’s Bandra house in Mumbai in the early hours of January 16. He was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital by an auto driver named Bhajan Singh Rana. The actor was later discharged from the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery. He recently met the auto-rickshaw driver who rushed him to the hospital after the brutal knife attack. The ‘Devara: Part 1’ star also thanked him for all his help.
As per several reports, Saif Ali Khan also gave him some money and assured help whenever needed. Viral Bhayani shared pictures of Saif Ali Khan and the auto driver on Instagram.

Reportedly, Saif Ali Khan met the auto driver at the hospital on Tuesday before being discharged. The auto driver also met Saif's mother Sharmila Tagore and touched her feet.
“I met him (Saif) yesterday at the hospital. He called to thank me, to help him reach the hospital. He praised me. I got the blessings from him and his family,” the auto-rickshaw driver told PTI.
“He (Saif) introduced me to his mother (Sharmila Tagore), and I touched her feet. He gave me (money) whatever he felt was right, and said whenever I need help, he will be there,” he added.
While speaking to news agency ANI, the driver also said, “I felt happy to meet such a big star and his family, his mother praised me. I can't blame him for not paying me when I took him to the hospital; how will anyone in such a situation. It would be okay if someone in that situation doesn't even pay, you just want them to be safe.”
For the unversed, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed repeatedly with a knife by an intruder inside his 12th-floor apartment in Bandra. The actor suffered multiple injuries and underwent an emergency surgery at the Lilavati Hospital.
The intruder, Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, a Bangladeshi national, has been nabbed by Mumbai Police. As per the investigation, the alleged attacker changed his name to Vijay Das after illegally entering India.
As per officials, the main accused had entered Saif Ali Khan's house intending to commit theft. The police had earlier stated that he entered the house by scaling the building's compound wall. He then went inside after finding the security guards asleep.
Saif and Kareena, who have been married since 2012, live in the Satguru Sharan building in Mumbai's Bandra West. They are parents to two sons -- Taimur and Jeh.
