Saiyami Kher First Indian Actress To Complete ‘Ironman Triathlon’ In Germany
Saiyami Kher has become the first Indian actress to complete the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Germany.
Bollywood star Saiyami Kher, who was last seen alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in 'Ghoomer', has become the first Indian actress to complete the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Germany. For the unversed, this competition involves a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike ride, and 21.1 km run. Taking to Instagram, Saiyami Kher shared the achievement. Saiyami Kher shared a photo of herself with her medal and a proud smile. "IRONMAN 70.3 Finisher. It was some adventure, freezing cold and getting lost on route! Long post to follow soon, once it all sinks in," she wrote.

This competition is known as one of the toughest endurance races globally. Earlier, Milind Soman had also completed the Ironman triathlon.
Earlier, Saiyami Kher had expressed her concern after her luggage was lost by the airline, while she was travelling to Berlin from Canada.
"Unbelievably frustrated with @Icelandair. My bag with all my Ironman gear is missing. I’ve had zero help from the airport or website. This gear is crucial—I’ve trained in it for months. If it doesn’t arrive soon, I'll have to repurchase everything. Such a pain before my race," she wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
Shabana Azmi and Aditi Rao Hydari had then showed support by sharing Saiyami's post.
The actress is known for her work in movies like 'Mirzya', 'Choked', '8 AM Metro', 'Ghoomer', and 'Sharmajee Ki Beti'.
