Ahead of 'Sikandar' release, Salman Khan reunited with Aamir Khan for a promotional video for the AR Murugadoss directorial. Could Aamir be making a surprise cameo in the film?
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film ‘Sikandar’, which is set to hit the theatres on Sunday, March 30. Ahead of the release, Bhai reunited with Aamir Khan for a promotional video for the AR Murugadoss directorial. The teaser of the video has been released, and it will instantly remind you of the camaraderie between Salman and Aamir from their cult comedy film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’. Salman Khan shared a glimpse of the video on Instagram.
The star called himself and Aamir as ‘Amar Prem’ of the industry, as he referred to their pairing in Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Andaz Apna Apna’.

The teaser features Aamir and Salman sitting for a conversation with AR Murugadoss. However, the events take a dramatic turn when Aamir asks the filmmaker to declare who between him and Salman is the true "Sikandar".
The teaser concludes with AR Murugadoss sporting a confused expression. For the unversed, the director had earlier collaborated with Aamir for the 2008 smash-hit 'Ghajini'.
Soon after the video surfaced online, several social media users reacted to it. One user wrote, "Salman and Aamir Baap of Bollywood and Mr. perfectionist."
Another user added, "Sikandar meets Ghajini."
A third one commented, "Epic collab."
"Excited for this," another comment on the post read.
Speaking of 'Sikandar', the film is directed by AR Murugadoss and it has been bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala.
The trailer of the film sees Salman Khan in a larger-than-life avatar. 'Sikandar' revolves around Salman trying to eradicate a crime racket in Mumbai. Rashmika plays Salman's love interest.
'Sikandar' also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Anjini Dhawan, Sharman Joshi and Sathyaraj. The advance booking for the film began on Tuesday, March 25 and so far, the film has met with a lukewarm response.
It remains to be seen whether 'Sikandar' can emerge as the biggest opener for Salman Khan. The sales on Monday will also be boosted owing to a partial holiday due to Eid.
