Shah Rukh Khan has been promoting 'Dunki' in Dubai, since a few days.

Shah Rukh Khan is awaiting the release of his third film of the year, 'Dunki'. The film, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani, and it will be releasing in cinemas on December 21, 2023. Shah Rukh Khan has been busy off late, trying to promote the film to the best of his ability, and in the latest entertainment news, several drones in Dubai lit up the sky as they made the formations of Shah Rukh Khan's name, his signature pose and an airplane.

The 'Dunki' trailer was also screened on the iconic Burj Khalifa on Tuesday. Several pictures and videos from the Dubai drone event in Dubai are now going viral on social media.

For the unversed, SRK is currently in Dubai, along with director Rajkumar Hirani and writer Abhijat Joshi.

Shah Rukh Khan was seen dressed in a black T-shirt and matching denims paired with a red jacket and sunglasses.

For the unversed, 'Dunki has been co-written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon. 

The new Hindi movie promises to be a heartwarming tale of four friends Manu, Sukhi, Buggu, and Balli who dream of settling down in London for a better life but have to take undertake a life-changing journey to reach their goal.

Talking about 'Dunki', the film has so far sold 3,64,487 tickets for the opening day, grossing Rs 10.39 crore. For the unversed, the movie is just releasing in the Hindi version across India.

'Dunki' is releasing in theatres a day prior to Prabhas' 'Salaar', directed by Prashanth Neel. 

Shah Rukh Khan had recently also shared a video in which Taapsee, Rajkumar Hirani and himself talked about the film. 

"There are many houses in Punjab that have planes on the rooftops. I was quite amazed by that and that's what piqued our curiosity. Family members of those children who live abroad find it fashionable to put these planes on top of their houses," said Rajkumar Hirani.
