Some fans will try anything for a glimpse of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, but one influencer took the cake – and the coffee. In a bizarre yet entertaining stunt outside Mannat, content creator Shubham Prajapat pretended to be a Zomato delivery boy to meet the superstar, filming the entire caper for social media. From ordering two cold coffees – one for SRK – to borrowing the rider’s bag and marching to the gates, his gambit drew laughter online, thanks also to Mannat’s unflappable security and their witty, viral one-liners.

The content creator captioned the post, “Food Delivery in SRK House.”

Check out the video here:

The video opened with Shubham outside Mannat declaring his wish to meet King Khan. Predictably, security refused entry. That’s when he hatched the plan: he ordered two cold coffees via Zomato – one for himself and one ostensibly for Shah Rukh. When the order arrived within minutes, he convinced the real delivery agent to lend him the bag and strolled to the main gate, posing as the delivery executive.

The front-gate guard didn’t budge, instead directing him to a supposed “secret back door” used for discreet entries. Buoyed by hope, Shubham rushed there, repeating the coffee-delivery story. But when asked to call the person who placed the order – and unable to do so – the plan unraveled.

What followed was comedy gold. The back-gate guard quipped, “Ek phone karega toh poora coffee wala nachega uske saamne.” Guessing that someone from the crowd must have ordered the coffee, he firmly denied access, ending the “mission” with a mic-drop one-liner.

Fans found the entire sequence hilarious. Comments ranged from “Dimaag to poora lagaya bhai ne” to strings of laughing emojis celebrating the guard’s deadpan wit. Some noted the clip could be old, as earlier reports suggested that Shah Rukh and family have shifted out temporarily while Mannat is undergoing renovation.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan’s next ‘King’ is billed as a high-octane action thriller directed by Siddharth Anand. It will mark his first on-screen collaboration with daughter Suhana Khan, also featuring Abhishek Bachchan and Arshad Warsi, with reported appearances by Deepika Padukone and Rani Mukerji. ‘King’ is slated for a late 2026 release.
