Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' will be releasing worldwide on September 7, 2023.

Bollywood, as an industry is currently enjoying the impact of 'Oh My Gadar' at the box office as both 'Gadar 2' and 'OMG 2' are causing mayhem at the ticket counters. Both new Hindi movies have collectively made more than Rs 350 crore at the domestic box office. However, the hysteria is set to multiply by many folds come September as Shah Rukh Khan will be coming back to the theatres with Atlee's 'Jawan'. The craze is already there for 'Jawan', and it needs to be seen if it manages to break the record of 'Pathaan'.

Looks like, the Atlee-directorial which also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone, has started on a positive note.

The latest SRK movie is all set to break the record of 'Pathaan' in terms of advance booking in the US.

With this, 'Jawan' is expected to take a bigger start than Siddharth Anand's 'Pathaan' in the USA.

For the uninitiated, 'Pathaan' had made USD 1.85 million on the opening day of its release. As per several reports, 'Jawaan' is expected to take an opening of Rs 50 crore overseas as compared to 'Pathaan' which had collected Rs 37 crore.

"EXCLUSIVE :- Megastar #SRK's #Jawan USA Day one advance Sales🇸  :-  $74,158 at 289 Locations and 1334 shows !Whopping 4795 tickets have already been sold. This is a bigger advance than what #Pathaan had there 10 days before the release," a tweet from CineHub read.

Apart from SRK, 'Jawan' also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani and Sunil Grover.
