Watch: Shah Rukh Khan’s New Home Revealed, Actor Reportedly Paying Rs 24 Lakh Rent Per Month
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family have temporarily moved out of Mannat because of the renovation going on.
Shah Rukh Khan and his family have temporarily bid farewell to their iconic sea-facing bungalow, Mannat and shifted into a swanky new residence. Ongoing renovations at Mannat have prompted the superstar and his entire family to move into a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area, where they’re expected to stay for the next two years. Now, a new video has surfaced online giving fans their first glimpse of SRK’s temporary home. Naturally, it’s already creating quite the buzz, with fans eager to see where King Khan is currently living.
The clip shows the swanky building where the actor will be staying with his wife Gauri and kids Suhana, Aryan and AbRam. For the unversed, the family has relocated to four floors of Puja Casa building in Pali Hill area of Bandra.

SRK has leased these floors from film producer Vashu Bhagnani. Red Chillies Entertainment, SRK's production house has entered into a leave and licence agreement with Bhagnani’s actor son, Jackky Bhagnani and his daughter, Deepshika Deshmukh.
“It is clearly not as capacious as Mannat; there is enough space to accommodate his security and other staff,” Hindustan Times quoted a source as saying. As per reports, SRK will be playing a rent of Rs 24 lakh per month to stay here.
The renovations at Mannat will see an extension of the bungalow and for the same, SRK had to seek court's permission. Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat is a Grade III heritage structure and any structural change can only happen after taking necessary permissions.
Speaking about SRK’s work front, he recently lent his voice to the Hindi version of Disney's 'Mufasa: The Lion King'. It released in Indian theatres on December 20, 2024.
SRK will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s 'King', alongside Suhana Khan. The film will reportedly also star Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma. The movie is being jointly bankrolled by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment and Siddharth Anand's Marflix Pictures.
SRK was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's 'Dunki'. The superstar had delivered three hits in 2023 in the form of 'Pathaan', 'Jawan', and 'Dunki'.
'Pathaan' marked Shah Rukh Khan's return to the big screen after a gap of more than four years after his 2018 film ‘Zero’ tanked at the box office.
