Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' Scripts History, First Hindi Film To Release In Bangladesh
'Pathaan' will be releasing in Bangladesh on May 12, the first Hindi film to release in the country after its formation in 1971.
Even after four months of its release, 'Pathaan' continues to script history and break exceptional records. Now, in a historic first, 'Pathaan' will become the first Hindi film to release in Bangladesh after 1971. The Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham and Deepika Padukone-starrer would be releasing in Bangladesh on May 12 this year. Yash Raj Films’ 'Pathaan', produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Siddharth Anand, is an all-time blockbuster. It is the highest grossing film worldwide in the history of Hindi cinema with over 1,050 crore gross at the global box office.

'Pathaan' is also the highest grossing film of the fabled YRF’s Spy Universe that also includes blockbusters like 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Tiger Zinda Hai' and 'War'.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, 'Pathaan' has been a part of Aditya Chopra's ambitious Spy Universe and starred the biggest superstars of the country - Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
The film also witnessed the spectacular reunion of SRK and Salman Khan, on the big screen, after almost three decades as two super-spies 'Pathaan' and 'Tiger', respectively.
