Shah Rukh Khan recently held an impromptu #AskSRK session on X, and he shut down a troll like a boss.

Shah Rukh Khan cannot stop counting the "account books" after the monumental success of his latest film 'Jawan'. The movie directed by Atlee, which also stars South superstars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, released in theatres worldwide on September 7 and has been making and breaking records ever since. ‘Jawan’ is on its way to becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. However, some naysayers are discrediting the success of 'Jawan', and accusing SRK of either fake collection or corporate booking.

Hence, it is no surprise that during the latest #AskSRK session, a troll decided to make his presence felt by questioning SRK about the "fake collection numbers" of 'Jawan'.

Shah Rukh Khan, who is also famous for his comebacks and replies, which are always dripping with wit and humour, did not ignore this user.

"@iamsrk What about fake collection numbers of Jawaan? So many news that produces are spreading fake collection numbers," the user said.

Replying to the user, SRK said, "Chupp baith aur ginta reh…bas!!! Don’t get distracted in counting!!! #Jawan."

When another user asked, "Sir your current book that your reading," SRK had another gem of a reply in store.

"With #Jawan now I am only reading Account books….ha ha. Joking," said SRK.

Talking about 'Jawan', the movie collected Rs 4.40 crore in the Hindi on Wednesday (September 27), and the total collection stands at Rs 519.64 crore. If one adds the Telugu and Tamil versions as well, then the movie's collection is a whopping Rs 578 crore.

'Jawan', which has been produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, also features cameos by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.

SRK will next be seen in 'Dunki', directed by Rajkumar Hirani. It will be releasing on December 22, 2023, and the movie will be going up against Prabhas' 'Salaar' at the box office.
