Shah Rukh Khan is a proud team owner, and his post for Kolkata Knight Riders' (KKR) players and support staff is proof. In the latest entertainment news, King Khan on Wednesday evening posted a heartfelt note for his franchise, which won the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 after defeating SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the final at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Posting a picture with from the IPL 2024 celebrations, SRK on Instagram wrote, "To my boys…. my team…. my champs….”these blessed candles of the night” …. My Stars…of KKR. I cannot do a lot of things and you cannot do them all either…but together we manage most of them. That’s what @KKRiders stood for. Simply being together."

For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan was in attendance for the IPL 2024 final between KKR and SRH. The match was also attended by Gauri Khan, Ananya Panday, Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan, Shanaya Kapoor and AbRam.
Talking about the IPL 2024 final, SRH captain Pat Cummins won the toss, and opted to bat first. KKR then displayed an all-round performance to bundle out SRH for just 113 in 18.3 overs.
Venkatesh Iyer then played an unbeaten knock of 52 runs off just 26 balls to help KKR register a win by eight wickets and 57 balls to spare.
This is KKR's third IPL triumph after registering wins in 2012 and 2014.
