Have you seen SRK's ultimate shoutout for Vijay yet?

Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently enjoying the success of his latest movie 'Jawan', has been constantly replying to fan posts on X (formerly known as Twitter). Fans have been showering praise on SRK, director Atlee, and 'Jawan' actors Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, and hence it is no surprise that the movie has already made more than Rs 1,000 crore at the worldwide box office. In the latest entertainment news, a fan club of Tamil actor Vijay, gave a shoutout to King Khan.

"Our hearty wishes to King khan Shah Rukh Khan ,Atlee and team for Jawan crossing 1000 crs at WW Box Office. As we wished, Jawan would soon become All Time Blockbuster for King Khan. Wishes on behalf of all Thalapathy Vijay fans," the post on X read.

Replying to this message, SRK said: "Thank you for your wishes.... Looking forward to Thalapathy's next! I love Vijay sir."

For the unversed, Vijay, who is fondly referred to as Thalapathy by his fans, will next be seen in 'Leo'. The new Tamil movie is slated to release in theatres on October 19, 2023 and it has been directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie also stars Trisha and Sanjay Dutt.

Last year, 'Jawan' director Atlee had shared a picture with Vijay and SRK, and he captioned the post as, "What more can I ask on my bday, the best bday ever with my pillars."

Speaking of SRK, the actor has been heavily trending on X, after news surfaced that his next movie 'Dunki' would be clashing against Prabhas' 'Salaar'.

Both the movies are slated to release on December 22, 2023. However, 'Salaar' producers Hombale Films are yet to make an official announcement.

Hombale Films had earlier clashed with SRK in 2018. 'KGF: Chapter 1', and 'Zero' had faced off at the box office and it was the former that emerged triumphant. However, this year, the clash would be different as SRK is coming on the back of two blockbusters -- 'Pathaan', and 'Jawan'.

On the other hand, Prabhas' last three films -- 'Saaho', 'Radhe Shyam', and 'Adipurush' performed miserably at the box office. And if history is anything to go by, SRK has a knack of picking up wins when he clashes against other movies.

'Om Shanti Om' had squared off against 'Saawariya', 'Mohabbatein' had clashed against 'Mission Kashmir', and 'Don' had faced off against Salman Khan's 'Jaan-E-Mann'. All these times, it was SRK who had the last laugh!

The only time when SRK probably lost a box-office clash was when Rohit Shetty's 'Dilwale' had squared off against Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani'. The Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone-starrer outperformed 'Dilwale' in India, but the SRK starrer emerged triumphant overseas.
