Shaheer Sheikh To Make His Big Bollywood Debut, Joins Kajol And Kriti Sanon’s ‘Do Patti’
Shaheer Sheikh has been a part of several hit TV shows including ‘Pavitra Rishta 2’ and ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’, among others.
TV heartthrob Shaheer Sheikh is undoubtedly one of the most popular actors in the Indian entertainment industry. The incredibly talented actor has gained a massive fan following over the years, owing to his charming looks, stellar performances, and endearing personality. After ruling the Indian television space for years, Shaheer Sheikh is all set to step into Bollywood now. Shaheer Sheikh will soon be making his Bollywood debut with Kajol and Kriti Sanon in the upcoming mystery thriller ‘Do Patti’. The film is directed by ad filmmaker Shashanka Chaturvedi.
Indian film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Instagram to share the news regarding Shaheer Sheikh’s Bollywood debut.

In a recent interaction with Pinkvilla, Shaheer Sheikh said, "I love the thrill and challenge of essaying a character with so many shades. Kanika’s a fantastic storyteller and I’m excited to bring her vision to life. It’s an honour to work alongside such a stellar cast. I can’t wait for the world to see what we’re creating."
Screenwriter Kanika Dhillon, who has written the script of the upcoming mystery thriller, is also serving as the co-producer of the movie. ‘Do Patti’ marks Kriti Sanon’s first production venture. She is producing the film via her banner Blue Butterfly Films.
‘Do Patti’ is slated to release on Netflix. However, the release date has not been announced yet.
The film went on floors in August 2023. To mark the occasion, Kriti Sanon shared a picture with Kajol, Kanika Dhilllon and wrote, "DO PATTI begins...!This is ready to flyyyyyy! Need all your love and blessings!"
Kriti Sanon launched her own production house Blue Butterfly Films in July 2023. A day after announcing her production house, Kriti Sanon announced the project ‘Do Patti’.
Coming back to Shaheer Sheikh, he is a popular name in the Indian telly industry. He started off his career by starring in youth-based shows. The actor gained popularity with ‘Navya -- Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal’.
The actor has been a part of several hit television shows including ‘Pavitra Rishta 2’, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’, ‘Kya Mast Hai Life’, ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ and ‘Mahabharat’ among others. Shaheer Sheikh recently wrapped up his latest show, ‘Woh Toh Albelaa’.
