Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon-Starrer Finally Gets A Title. Here's When It Will Release
The title of Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s romantic film, which marks their first collaboration, has been finally announced.
In the last few months, we have seen many hit Bollywood movies, from ‘Dunki’ to ‘Sam Bahadur’ and ‘Animal’, but it has been a long time since we witnessed the charm and magic of a full-fledged love story between two characters on the big screen. This void is finally going to be filled by the upcoming Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon-starrer, slated to release in theatres on February 9, 2024. Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, on Wednesday, finally unveiled the title of the film and it is called ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya'.
Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are teaming up for the first time for an “impossible love story”. Along with the title reveal, a new poster was also unveiled by the lead actors.
Sharing the poster on Instagram, Shahid and Kriti wrote, “This Valentine’s week, experience an impossible love story! #TeriBaatonMeinAisaUljhaJiya in cinemas 9th February, 2024. A Maddock Films production.”

Earlier, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's film was supposed to release on December 7, 2023. However, it was then postponed to February 2024. This decision might have been taken in light of the packed December 2023 release schedule.
December 2023 was an exciting month for Indian film enthusiasts with a string of big releases lined up including ‘Dunki’, ‘Salaar’, ‘Animal’ and ‘Sam Bahadur’.
Before the December 7, 2023 release date, the film was slated to arrive in theatres in October 2023. Apart from Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor, the romantic drama will also feature veteran stars Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia.
The movie is being produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande and Laxman Utekar. The romantic film is written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. As per reports, the movie is expected to be a love story with a science-fiction twist.
Shahid Kapoor was last seen in Jio Cinema's ‘Bloody Daddy’. The movie was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
Kriti Sanon, on the other hand, last starred in ‘Adipurush’, which also featured Saif Ali Khan, Devdatta Nage, Prabhas and Sunny Singh.
