Taapsee Pannu, Mathias Boe To Tie The Knot In March 2024: Report
As per a media report, Taapsee Pannu is all set to tie the knot with her longtime boyfriend and badminton player, Mathias Boe.
Taapsee Pannu, known for films like ‘Pink’, ‘Mulk’, ‘Baby’, ‘Thappad’ and more, was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani. Taapsee Pannu, who has carved a niche for herself in the entertainment industry with her diverse range of movies, will soon be getting married. Yes, you read that right. A recent report by NDTV stated that Taapsee Pannu is all set to tie the knot with her longtime boyfriend and badminton player, Mathias Boe.
The Bollywood actress will be marrying the badminton player in a Sikh-Christian wedding. As per NDTV, the wedding festivities will be taking place in Udaipur. The same report revealed that the wedding will be a family affair, and no Bollywood A-listers are expected to attend the celebration.
For the unversed, Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe have been in a relationship for more than 10 years now.
In January 2023, Taapsee Pannu shared her idea for a dream wedding, revealing that there will be a lot of dancing and good food that will be served on time.
“A single-day wedding affair in tasteful nude and other subtle colours. It needs to be basic and drama-free because there is enough drama in my professional life, and I don’t want it to trickle down into my personal life,” Taapsee had told Brides Today.
Speaking about her wedding look, Taapsee had said, “It (hairstyle) will be something that doesn’t look like I needed a village to get ready. My heart feels bad when I see these brides who have thick layers and layers of makeup on. How do you enjoy looking at yourself when you’re a different person in those pictures?”
“These memories are not just for that moment, they are forever. You don’t want to look at those pictures and not recognise yourself as yourself,” she added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Taapsee will be next seen in the comedy-drama film ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahan’, written and directed by Arshad Syed.
Apart from Taapsee Pannu, the movie also stars Prateik Babbar and Pratik Gandhi in lead roles.
Taapsee Pannu will also be seen in the highly anticipated sequel to ‘Haseen Dillruba’. ‘Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba’ will see Taapsee sharing the screen with Vikrant Massey, Sunny Kaushal, and Jimmy Shergill.
