As per industry tracker Sacnilk, 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' is expected to earn around Rs 6 crore on Friday.
Before its release, 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' sold 96,571 tickets for the opening day, grossing Rs 2.11 crore.
For the unversed, a special screening of the film was held on Thursday and it was attended by Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Nupur Sanon, Mira Rajput, Ishaan Khatter and Shahid's mother Neelima Azeem.
Janhvi Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Jackky Bhagnani also attended the special screening.
The new Hindi movie is being produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar while it has been directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah.
Earlier, Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Rajput had reviewed the film, and she wrote on Instagram Stories, "Complete laughter riot! Entertainment overload after ages! Love, laughter, masti, dancing and heart touching message at the end."
