Keeping the trend of #ThrowbackThursday alive, Akshay Kumar took a trip down memory lane and he dug out some absolute gold in the form of throwback photos from the archives. In the latest entertainment news, the 'Mission Raniganj' actor on Thursday shared an old picture on Instagram, revealing that the photo happens to be from the time when he was just 23 years old.
Sharing the picture, Akshay Kumar on Instagram wrote, "Your firsts are always special. And so is this photo, taken when I was 23...my first time in front of the camera and before I could realise, it soon became my first love, all thanks to your love. #ThrowbackThursday."

On the work front, Akshay Kumar was last seen in 'Mission Raniganj'. The movie which released in theatres on October 6, tanked at the box office, despite receiving glowing reviews.
'Mission Raniganj' also stars Parineeti Chopra, Kumud Mishra, Pavan Malhotra, Ravi Kishan, Varun Badola, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya in pivotal roles. The new Hindi movie has been directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, while it has been produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Ajay Kapoor.
For the unversed, 'Mission Raniganj' is based on a real-life incident that happened in Raniganj Coalfields, West Bengal, in 1989. During that time, 64 miners were trapped in a flooded coal mine, and engineer Jaswant Singh Gill ended up risking his life to rescue the miners.
The actor will next be seen in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', 'Welcome To The Jungle', and 'Singham Again', among others.
