Amid Huge Demand, Salman Khan-Starrer 'Tiger 3' To Run 24x7 In Delhi Theatres

Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Emraan Hashmi-starrer 'Tiger 3' is one of the most-anticipated movies of 2023, and hopes are high from this movie to turn out to be a massive success at the box office. Fans are waiting to see whether 'Tiger 3' will be able to break the record of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' to become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all-time. The advance booking of 'Tiger 3' started on Sunday, and amid the huge demand for tickets, it has surfaced that the new Hindi film will be running 24x7 in theatres.
Cinema halls in New Delhi and the Middle East have become the first ones to play 'Tiger 3' round the clock, owing to the massive demand for the YRF Spy Universe film!
The Cinestars Miniplex in Ahmedabad has decided to start screening the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer from 2am on November 13, a day after the Laxmi Puja.
However, theatres in Middle East like Vox Cinemas in Mirdif, Dubai will play the film at 12.05am and Nakheel Mall, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will play 'Tiger 3' from 2am respectively as there is no Diwali effect in these territories.
“We will mostly see many theatres across the country playing Tiger 3 24x7 from Monday 13 November, the big New Year holiday post Laxmi Puja. There is a strong demand from exhibitors from various parts of the country for this to happen because of the unprecedented buzz around the film," an insider said.
“Delhi is the first city in India to start showing Tiger 3 round the clock. Middle East theatres are also doing it from Sunday onwards which is a holiday in that part of the world and Diwali has no bearing on their release strategy. YRF will see a surge of this demand from across the nation for Tiger 3 in the next few days. This is great for business and the industry because people want to see good cinema and Tiger 3 is a tentpole release of the year," the insider added.
As per industry tracker Sacnilk, 'Tiger 3' has already sold over 2 lakh and 27 thousand tickets, with 2,17,992 being sold only in the Hindi belt.
The film has managed to gross more than Rs 7 crore till now from the sale of tickets of 9558 shows across India.
The Maneesh Sharma-directorial has already crossed the advance ticket sales of Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' and the Salman Khan-starrer has now become the fifth-highest earning film of 2023 in its advance sale of tickets.
As of now, 'Tiger 3' is behind 'Jawan', 'Pathaan', 'Adipurush', and 'Gadar 2'.
For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan will be making cameos in 'Tiger 3' and they will be playing the characters of 'Pathaan' and 'Kabir', respectively.
'Tiger 3' is slated to release in theatres on November 12, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
