"So Proud": Twinkle Khanna's Shout Out For Husband Akshay Kumar On OMG 2's Success Goes Viral

Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam, and Pankaj Tripathi-starrer 'OMG 2' is having a dream run at the theatres, as it has collected more than Rs 120 crore at the box office, despite facing stiff competition from 'Gadar 2'. In the latest entertainment news, Twinkle Khanna gave a shout out to her husband Akshay. In her Instagram post, she shared two images. The first is a screenshot of a news article, which talks about an education society adopting sex education in their syllabus after watching 'OMG 2'.
The second image is a poster of the film with reviews written on it.
Sharing the images, Twinkle Khanna wrote: "Congratulations Mr K! So proud of you-A movie that helps change the system and shakes the box office as well."

‘OMG 2’ has been directed by Amit Rai and is a sequel to the hit 2012 film ‘OMG – Oh My God!’. The comedy drama delves into the subject of sex education in Indian schools but received an A (adults only) certificate from the censor board after 25 modifications.
'OMG 2' had released in the theatres on August 11, on the same day as Sunny Deol, Utkarsh Sharma, Luv Sinha and Ameesha Patel-starrer 'Gadar 2'.
Coincidentally, there is a scene in ‘OMG 2’ featuring Akshay singing the ‘Gadar’ song ‘Udja Kale Kawan’.
‘Gadar 2’, has so far earned more than Rs 400 crore at the domestic box office, and it needs to be seen whether it manages to break the record of Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham-starrer 'Pathaan' to become the highest-grossing Hindi movie in India.
