In this look, Vaani Kapoor radiated vintage glamour in a sheer black net saree from Manish Malhotra’s couture line. The saree played on the dramatic contrast of black and white – crafted with delicate net fabric that draped effortlessly across her frame.
The borders came subtly encrusted with sequins, adding a gentle shimmer under the light, while the pallu and pleats were adorned with ivory silk resham floral embroidery. Swarovski crystal embellishments interspersed throughout the motifs lent a luminous sparkle to the classic palette, creating a play of textures that elevated the traditional silhouette.
Her black blouse – cut with a contemporary back and sleek straps – anchored the look with a modern edge.
Vaani Kapoor accessorised the monochrome stunner with a pearl studded jadau choker and matching kadhas. The jewellery was kept minimal yet striking, letting the embroidery and delicate details of the saree shine through.
Her beauty game was equally graceful. Vaani’s hair was slicked back in a neat, low bun with a centre parting. Her makeup was soft yet defined: brushed-up brows, subtle winged eyeliner, and a nude-pink pout that complemented her glowing skin.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Vaani Kapoor was last seen playing the female lead in Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh’s ‘Raid 2’, which released on May 1. The movie minted Rs 170 crore in India.

Up next, she is set to make her web series debut with ‘Mandala Murders’, bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. It will premiere on Netflix on July 25.
