Anurag Kashyap's Movie Only Indian Project To Premiere At Cannes 2023
Anurag Kashyap's movie has made it to the Midnight Screenings section of the upcoming Cannes Film Festival.
The official and final line-up of the 2023 Cannes Film Festival has been revealed, and only one Indian movie has made it to the list. Anurag Kashyap will see his movie premiering at the prestigious festival. His latest project titled 'Kennedy' has been selected as part of the Midnight Screenings section of the festival. The 76th Cannes Festival will be taking place from May 16-27 this year.
The official Twitter handle of the Cannes Film Festival announced the selection of 'Kennedy' in the Midnight Screenings section.

On Friday, Anurag Kashyap also dropped the first look of his upcoming film Kennedy. The director took to Instagram to share the first look of Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone respectively.
The first image shows Rahul Bhat holding a gun while in the second, Sunny Leone can be seen in a retro look. She is looking absolutely stunning in a yellow-coloured saree and oversized sunglasses.

Anurag's last film to release in the theatres was 'Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat' which starred Alaya F and Karan Mehta.
This year's Cannes Film Festival will see the premiere of films directed by the likes of Martin Scorsese, Wim Wenders, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, and Todd Haynes.
Johnny Depp's movie 'Louis XV' is slated to open the Cannes Film Festival this year.
'Kennedy' which has been directed by Anurag Kashyap, stars Sunny Leone, Rahul Bhatt and Abhilash Thapliyal. No further details about the project have been revealed yet.
This is not the first time that Anurag Kashyap will be making his presence felt at the prestigious festival. In 2012, 'Gangs of Wasseypur' had premiered at the Cannes Directors' Fortnight.
'Raman Raghav' also premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016.
