Woah!! Shah Rukh Khan’s watch costs a mind-boggling amount of money!
Deepika Padukone recently dropped a video on her Instagram account, in which she was seen teaching morning skincare routine to none other than Shah Rukh Khan. However, eagle-eyed fans brought the entire attention to the amazing watch King Khan was wearing and now the cost of the watch has come to light! And it is safe to say, that once you find out the amount of money SRK has spent on it, you will be completely blown away!
Shah Rukh Khan had worn the same watch at the success meet of 'Pathaan' where lead actors SRK, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham along with director Siddharth Anand addressed the media.
A few fans had asked fashion blogger Diet Sabya about the cost of SRK's watch. Now, it has come to light that the watch is from Audemars Piguet.
It is their Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar watch. As per the screenshot shared by Diet Sabya on Instagram, the watch is WORTH a massive Rs 4.98 crore.
As per the official website of Chrono24, the watch sells at Rs 4.7 crore.
Audemars Piguet is a Swiss brand which started in 1875. The brand is known for its Royal Oak series which was launched in 1975. They were also the ones to make the first skeleton watch in 1934.
Talking about ‘Pathaan’, the film has been directed by Siddharth Anand of ‘War’ fame. Produced by YRF, it also stars John Abraham in the lead role.
On Wednesday, Shah Rukh Khan had thanked the fans for showing their support for 'Pathaan'.
He posted a sun-kissed selfie and the caption on Twitter read: "The Sun is alone….it Burns….and comes out of the darkness to Shine again. Thank u all for letting the Sun shine on #Pathaan."
'Pathaan' had released in the theatres on January 25 and ever since its release, the movie has gone on to make more than Rs 400 crore at the domestic box office.
'Pathaan' which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham is the fastest Hindi to cross the 400-crore mark in India.
