Shah Rukh Khan is leaving no stone unturned to promote his upcoming film 'Pathaan' which is slated to hit the theatres on January 25.
The FIFA World Cup is nearing its end and there are now just two teams left -- Argentina and France, who will battle it out in the World Cup final to take the coveted trophy home. The summit clash will take place on Sunday at Lusail Stadium and before the match starts, Shah Rukh Khan will make an appearance in Sports18 studio to promote his much-anticipated movie 'Pathaan', which is slated to hit the theatres on January 25.
On Thursday, Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter to announce that he would be present in Sports18 and Jio Cinema studios ahead of the World Cup final between Argentina and France.
In the video, SRK says to the fans: "Apni kursi ki pethi baand lo, mausam bigadne wala hai, Qatar mei nahi, Jio Cinema aur Sports18 ke studio mai. Kyunki mai aa raha hu December 18 ki shaam ko FIFA World Cup ka final dekhne. Ho sakta hai Wayne Rooney se bhi meri kuch baat chit ho jaye."

On Tuesday, Argentina defeated Croatia 3-0 in the first semi-final and on Wednesday, France defeated Morocco 2-0 to enter their second consecutive FIFA World Cup final.
Earlier, it was reported that Deepika Padukone, who is the female lead of 'Pathaan' will be unveiling the FIFA World Cup trophy during the final at Lusail Stadium.
The teaser for 'Pathaan' was released on November 2, which also happens to be the birth date of Shah Rukh Khan.
As soon as the teaser was launched, fans of Shah Rukh Khan went into overdrive on social media, praising the return of the star.
It is important to mention that Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in a full-feature length film in 2018. He had starred in 'Zero' opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif and the movie had tanked at the box office.
