FIR Registered Against Gauri Khan In Lucknow Over Property Purchase: Report
An FIR has been registered against Gauri Khan in Lucknow, according to a report.
An FIR has been registered against Shah Rukh Khan's wife, Gauri Khan in Lucknow. The case against Gauri has been registered under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), reported India Today. The same report states that the complaint has been filed by Jaswant Shah who is a resident of Mumbai.
In his complaint, Shah has alleged that Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador of the company which has failed to give possession of a flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh.
He has also said that the flat which is located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area was eventually given to someone else.
In his complaint, Jaswant Shah has also said that he bought the flat after being influenced by the company's brand ambassador Gauri Khan.
Apart from Gauri Khan, the case has also been registered against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited CMD Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its director Mahesh Tulsiyani.
As soon as the news of the case being registered against Gauri made its way to the public domain, Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan started trending on Twitter.
Talking about Shah Rukh Khan, the actor is currently basking in the glory of the success of 'Pathaan'.
The movie has made more than Rs 500 crore at the domestic box office and internationally, it has made more than Rs 1,000 crore.
SRK will also be seen in 'Jawan' and 'Dunki' this year. 'Jawan' is being directed by Atlee while 'Dunki' is helmed by Rajkumar Hirani.
