"Girls Should Be Covered”: Palak Tiwari Reveals Rule That Salman Khan Follows During Every Movie
Palak Tiwari is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan-starrer 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' and she revealed a massive secret about working with the superstar.
Actress Palak Tiwari is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan-starrer 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'. The new Hindi Bollywood movie which has an ensemble cast will hit the theatres on April 21. The 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' trailer for the much-awaited Hindi movie came out on Monday evening. The promotional spree has started for the Farhad Samji-directorial, and in an interview, Palak Tiwari has also revealed how it is to work with a superstar like Salman. For the unversed, Palak Tiwari is the daughter of TV star Shweta Tiwari, and she rose to fame after appearing in Harrdy Sandhu’s 'Bijlee Bijlee' music video.
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Palak was asked if her mother Shweta Tiwari ended up crying after she bagged a role in a Salman Khan film.
“My mother didn’t cry, and that’s the good thing. She was very calm, because she knew I’d be on Salman sir’s set. She was tranquil. You know, there’s a very funny story. She has been very happy with Salman sir, because, like every desi mother ever, she has always been very critical of what I wear. When I was AD-ing with Salman sir on Antim, Salman sir had a rule: ‘every girl on my set, the neckline should be here, all the girls should be covered, like good proper girls’," said Palak Tiwari in the interview.
"He’s a traditionalist. Of course, he’s like, ‘Jo pehenna hai pehno,’ but he’s also like my girls should always be protected. If there are men around who he doesn’t personally know, it’s not his personal space where he doesn’t trust everyone, he’s like, the girl should be safe, always,” she added.
During the interview, Palak Tiwari also revealed that it was not her first time working with Salman Khan, as she previously assisted him on the film 'Antim: The Final Truth'.
'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' has been directed by Farhad Samji and the new Hindi Bollywood movie stars Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Palak Tiwari among others.
Till now, five songs have been unveiled from 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'. The first song to be released was 'Naiyo Lagda while the second song to be released was 'Billi Billi'.
The third song was 'Jee Rahe The Hum' and the fourth was 'Bathukamma'. The latest song to come out is 'Yentamma'.
