Shah Rukh Khan on Wednesday posted a thank you note for his fans and well-wishers as his comeback project 'Pathaan' became the highest-grossing Hindi film in India, beating the record of SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali: The Conclusion'. The new Hindi Bollywood movie has made more than Rs 510 crore at the domestic box office, and internationally, the film has minted more than Rs 1,000 crore. Taking to Twitter, SRK said that the success of 'Pathaan' proves "mehnat lagan aur bharosa abhi zinda Hai".

Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' released in theatres on Wednesday and the new Bollywood movie took the second-best opening for a Hindi film this year after 'Pathaan'.
So, it means that 'Pathaan' now might see a substantial dip in its collections and this might have prompted SRK to post a final thank you note for his fans to make 'Pathaan' a raging success.
'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' has gotten mixed reviews, but the new Hindi Bollywood movie is poised to collect a healthy sum in its lifetime.
Talking about 'Pathaan', the new Hindi Bollywood movie, starring SRK, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana had released in theatres on January 25 and since its release, the Bollywood movie has made more than Rs 500 crore at the domestic box office. Internationally, the movie has made more than Rs 1,000 crore.
In latest Bollywood news update, SRK will also be seen in 'Jawan' and 'Dunki' in 2023. 'Jawan' has been directed by Atlee while 'Dunki' is helmed by Rajkumar Hirani.
As per latest Bollywood news via several media reports, 'Jawan' is likely to be postponed and the movie might not release in June.
Talking about 'Dunki', the new Hindi Bollywood movie is slated for a Christmas 2023 release. The movie also stars Taapsee Pannu.
