"Could Survive At Least...": Iceland Cricket Wants 'Pathaan' To Be Included In India Squad For Series vs Australia
Fair to say 'Pathaan' fever has gripped Iceland Cricket as well.
'Pathaan', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, continues to demolish box office records. Internationally as well, the movie is doing wonders and the film has shown how big a fanbase SRK has overseas. Looks like, Iceland is also bowled over by the action-thriller. The official handle of Iceland Cricket tweeted about how many of them watched 'Pathaan' in a theatre and they also had a suggestion for the Indian cricket team, who are gearing up to face Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Iceland Cricket suggested that the character 'Pathaan' should be included in India's squad as he can survive 100 DRS appeals and also the spinning wickets of Ahmedabad.
"Many of us just watched a film called Pathaan at the Bio Paradis cinema in Reykjavík. India should pick the main character. He could survive at least 100 DRS appeals and handle the spinning wickets of Ahmedabad, plus all the toxic ammunition fired by the pesky Aussies," tweeted Iceland Cricket.
