The FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week 2022, one of the biggest fashion events that takes place twice a year in India, was held from 12th to 16th October 2022. And once again, the fashion event took the internet by storm with some amazing collections by renowned designers like Anushree Reddy, Payel Sighal, Gaurav Gupta, Aisha Rao and many more. Many celebrities from Sidharth Malhotra to Kriti Sanon and Malaika Arora turned showstoppers at LFW.

1. Sidharth Malhotra: Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra turned heads when he walked the ramp for ace designer Gaurav Gupta. The ‘Shershaah’ actor looked dapper in a shimmery black t-shirt, paired with a black blazer adorned with crystals. He rounded off his look with stylish black leather trousers and a pair of matching black shoes.

2. Kriti Sanon: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon looked like a dream as she turned showstopper for Shantanu & Nikhil on the opening day of Lakme Fashion Week 2022. Her stunning ivory lehenga with a modern draping and a sweetheart neckline blouse grabbed eyeballs at the October fashion event.

3. Chitrangada Singh: Bollywood diva Chitrangada Singh made heads turn as she walked the ramp for Easha Amiin. Flaunting her toned legs, the actress rocked the ramp in a blue and yellow-coloured kaftan dress with a thigh-high slit. She looked nothing less than a boho queen!

4. Vijay Varma: Wondering how to slay the neon look? Take a cue from Vijay Varma. The Bollywood powerhouse, who was last seen in the 2022 hit film ‘Darlings’, became the showstopper for Prreeti Jaiin Nainutia’s brand, Nirmooha. Vijay donned a neon T-shirt-and-pants set with a contrasting flowy jacket from Nirmooha's A/W 22' collection Magical Wilderness. The actor completed his look by wearing a pair of white shoes to go with the vibrant outfit.

5. Malaika Arora: Looking glamorous as always, Malaika Arora slayed the ramp as she turned showstopper for the designer label Limerick by Abirr n’ Nanki. Malaika looked absolutely stunning in a royal blue skirt and bikini top set paired with a flowy shrug as she showed off her toned body.

6. Yami Gautam: Bollywood actress Yami Gautam was a sight to behold when she walked the ramp for designers Shyamal and Bhumika. She looked absolutely beautiful in a pale blush pink lehenga. The Shyamal-Bhumika number is a hand-embroidered masterpiece that looks like every girl’s dream!

7. Mrunal Thakur: Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur grabbed eyeballs as she turned showstopper for Rajesh Pratap Singh’s grand finale at the Lakme Fashion Week 2022. The ‘Sita Ramam’ actress rocked a monochrome look featuring a white collared full-sleeved shirt teamed with black velvet pant boots extending to form a pallu draped on the shoulder with a long train on the back.

8. Babil Khan: Late actor Irrfan Khan’s son Babil, who is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Netflix’s ‘Qala’, walked the ramp for designer Pawan Sachdeva. Babil, who marked his debut on the ramp by turning showstopper for the fashion show, looked absolutely dapper in a quirky, oversized printed jacket. He teamed up the jacket with a pullover shirt and straight-fit pants.

9. Ananya Panday: Bollywood actress Ananya Panday slayed the Gen-Z look in her orange outfit from Pankaj and Nidhi’s collection ‘Solaris’, a palette that consisted of shades of orange, amber and yellow. The ‘Gehraiyaan’ actress rocked a structured orange embellished blazer dress with a low-neck collar.

10. Mouni Roy: Bollywood actress Mouni Roy, who was last seen in the 2022 blockbuster ‘Brahmastra’, looked like a dream in a cream-coloured lehenga choli set with brown and pink embellished work, designed by Payal Singhal.
