Malaika Arora, who never fails to amaze her fans with her dedication towards working out, exuded some serious fitness goals in her recent yoga video posted on Instagram.

In the video, Malaika Arora can be seen engrossed in an intense routine, starting her week with a fitness high. The short video shows Malaika starting her routine with Bakasana, and then slowly transitioning to perform a headstand.
Then, she can be seen swiftly getting down and performing Cobras, before rounding off the routine with Balasana.
Fans were mighty impressed with Malaika’s crazy yoga mastery and took to the comments section of the post to praise her.
