Amazon Prime Video has unveiled the release date for Shahid Kapoor's debut web series titled 'Farzi'.
Mark your calendars! The release date for Shahid Kapoor's OTT debut has been unveiled. The series titled 'Farzi' which has been directed by Raj & DK will be releasing on Amazon Prime Video on February 10. Alongside the release date, the makers also shared the posters of Shahid and Vijay Sethupathi and the show promises a thrilling ride!
It looks like Shahid will play the role of an artist while Vijay Sethupathi will don the hat of a task force officer.

Earlier, on Wednesday, the first teaser for 'Farzi' was released. In the video shared, Shahid can be seen painting, and then he tells the camera that his life is in a new phase. In the video, he can be heard saying: "Meri life ka new phase, kya logo ko pasand aayega?"
At the end of the promo, he says "but artist toh artist hota hai, nahin?"
He then gives a wink and walks away, while the words 'Farzi' appear on the canvas.
The first look of 'Farzi' came out in April 2022 and the description for the show read: "An artist who gets pulled into the murky high stakes of a con job and a fiery task force officer on the mission to rid the country of his menaces in a fast-paced, edgy one-of-a-kind thriller.”
The web series will also star Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Amol Palekar, Kubbra Sait, Regina Cassandra, Zakir Hussain, and Bhuvan Arora.
Shahid was last seen in Gowtam Tinnanuri's sports drama 'Jersey' opposite Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur.
