And Nora’s recent statement has left netizens divided.

The episode in question featured Akshay Kumar along with Disha Patani, Mouni Roy, Nora Fatehi and Sonam Bajwa. The stars were promoting their upcoming international tour 'The Entertainers' on Kapil Sharma’s show.
In the episode, a comment made by Nora about expecting men to pay on dates caught the attention of Archana Puran Singh and the viewers.
Kapil Sharma first tells Archana Puran Singh, “Aapko pata hai Archana ji Nora ne abhi media mei ek bayaan diya ki agar ladka ladki sath mei date pe jaate hai, toh uss date pe joh bhi bill aaye voh ladke ko dena chahiye esa inka bayaan tha."
A surprised Archana interrupted him and told her, “Nora, the world has changed, now women are paying, of course,” to which Nora responded by saying, “You can pay but I am not paying.”
The audience and everyone on the stage burst into laughter after hearing Nora’s response.
Several netizens took to the comments section of the post to share their opinions about Nora Fatehi’s statement.

“Ok nowadays we women don’t want anyone paying for us and the world has changed . Like there’s nothing wrong with women paying . But I believe whoever asked for the date has to pay,” another comment read.

One user wrote, “Nora is right, in arabic culture of course a real man pays the meal it's not even a question. It's just a diffference in the culture don't be so judgmental. That doesn't mean women never pay, they pay a lot for their friends, family etc but in a romance the man is expected to step up it's very petty to ask your lady to pay for you it's considered not romantic at all and just breaks the mood of the date.”
Another one added, “Lol I agree with Nora @ not paying.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Nora Fatehi was last seen in a dance number in Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘An Action Hero’. Besides this, Nora also recently featured in B Praak’s music video ‘Achha Sila Diya’ alongside actor Rajkummar Rao.
The actress will next be seen in Sajid Khan’s ‘100 Percent’, along with John Abraham and Shehnaaz Gill.
