‘Pathaan’ Fans Support KRK After “RRR And Brahmastra Are Super Flop” Remark On Twitter

Self-acclaimed critic KRK on Twitter claimed that both 'RRR' and 'Brahmastra' are super flop.

Shah Rukh Khan's comeback project 'Pathaan' is having quite a run at the box office, and ever since its release on January 25, the new Hindi Bollywood movie has been smashing records left, right and centre. The new Hindi Bollywood movie recently surpassed 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' to become the highest-grossing Hindi movie in India. On Tuesday, self-acclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan also known as KRK, termed 'Pathaan' as the "biggest blockbuster".

However, in his tweet, KRK also claimed that movies like 'RRR' and 'Brahmastra: Part One Shiva' were "superflop". It is important to mention that both these movies were two of the rare hits that Indian cinema had in 2022.

'RRR' is also making waves internationally, and the movie's song 'Naatu Naatu' is nominated at the Oscars 2023. 

"Every producer gives 25% fake collections So what’s new? #RRR and #Brahmastra are super flop but they are calling hit. #Bahubali2 (Hindi) real collections is ₹400Cr but they declared ₹500Cr+! Still #Pathaan is the biggest blockbuster of Bollywood till date. So Chill," KRK tweeted.

Looking at this tweet, fans of Shah Rukh Khan and 'Pathaan' agreed with KRK, and they showed their love for the Siddharth-Anand directorial which also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana. The new Hindi Bollywood movie also featured a cameo by Salman Khan.

'Pathaan' had released in theatres on January 25 and since its release, the new Hindi Bollywood movie has made more than Rs 500 crore at the domestic box office. Internationally, the movie has made more than Rs 1,000 crore. 

In 2023, SRK will also be seen in 'Jawan' and 'Dunki'. 'Jawan' has been directed by Atlee while Bollywod movie 'Dunki' is helmed by Rajkumar Hirani. As per several media reports, 'Jawan' is likely to be postponed and the movie might not release in June.
