Rakhi Sawant Detained By Mumbai Police In Case Filed By Sherlyn Chopra: Report
Mumbai Police on Thursday detained Rakhi Sawant in a case filed by Sherlyn Chopra.
Actress Rakhi Sawant who has been in the news over the past one week regarding her marriage with Adil Khan Durrani, once again hogged the limelight on Thursday but it is not for the right reasons. Rakhi Sawant has been detained by Mumbai Police and was brought to Amboli police station. As per the Indian Express, she has been detained in relation to the case filed by Sherlyn Chopra.
In November 2022, both Rakhi Sawant and Sherlyn had filed police cases against each other on charges of sexual harassment and defamation, reported the Indian Express.

YESTERDAY, RAKHI SAWANT’S ABA 1870/2022 WAS REJECTED BY MUMBAI SESSIONS COURT
The entire episode between Rakhi Sawant and Sherlyn Chopra started after the latter levelled sexual harassment charges against director and producer Sajid Khan.
It was then that Rakhi had spoken to the media, allegedly making defamatory comments against Sherlyn.
Rakhi Sawant, who was last seen in 'Bigg Boss Marathi', recently said that her husband Adil is not accepting their marriage in public.
However, Adil Durrani finally came forward to accept that they were indeed married.
Reportedly, Rakhi Sawant started dating Adil Khan Durrani last year, after getting separated from NRI businessman Ritesh Raj. Rakhi Sawant and Adil are often spotted together in the city. The pair also starred in the music video of ‘Tu Mere Dil Me Rahne Ke Layak Nahi’.
